cANCELLATIONS
Please give at least 24 hrs notice if you must cancel. I’ll always try to reschedule first, but if that’s not possible for either of us, lessons canceled or no-shows with less than 24 hrs notice must be paid in full. Same goes for me—if I cancel on you with less than 24 hrs notice, your next lesson is free.
If you need to shorten a lesson with less than 24 hrs notice, the originally booked slot length must still be paid.
Reschedules
Please give as much advance notice as you can for reschedules. I understand last minute emergencies and circumstances do arise, so I will do my best to work with you to make it happen. My #1 priority is for you to learn as much as you can from me, and the best way to do that is during lessons. In the event that a reschedule is not possible for either of us, the lesson must be paid in full if attempting to reschedule less than 24 hrs prior to the original lesson time.
